Charlie Shick running for 3rd Congressional seat

Charlie wants to get a Green perspective into the debates. His platform includes REALLY ending the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan (and Pakistan), ending other military involvements outside our own country, legalizing hemp and marijuana, and providing everyone a guaranteed annual wage.
